The National Trauma Registry now has an official website up and running. Download the national data dictionary today!

 

EMS DATA

The Utah Bureau of EMS and Preparedness supports a web based system to collect all EMS patient care report data in the state.  The application name is ELITE and can be accessed at https://prehospital.utah.gov .  Data is collected in accordance with Utah Administrative Rule R426-7-2 and complies with the NEMSIS (https://nemsis.org) data standard.
